You will be contacted by administration to make an enrolment interview booking.

What to bring

Birth certificate (To apply for a standard or commemorative birth certificate, download an application form from the Department of Justice website or lodge your application at the registry at 110 George Street, Brisbane or at your nearest Courthouse.)
Two most recent report cards (if applicable)
Two proof of residency documents. One primary source (a current lease agreement, rates notice , or unconditional sale agreement( and one secondary source (rates notice, phone bill, electricity bill)
Passport (if your child was born overseas)
